New reference map of the brain may transform how scientists detect disease
Created from brain scans of more than 54,000 people worldwide, the new model will help researchers detect subtle changes in neural pathways linked to aging, Alzheimer’s disease, and developmental conditions. The study’s authors include NGP Student Yixue Feng and NGP Faculty Katherine Lawrence, Neda Jahanshad, and Paul Thompson.
